know what to buy children for their birthday or Christmas because there are
constantly new and innovative toys being added to toy stores around the UK and
thus it is hard to keep up with the latest trends. You may lay your eyes on
something which you think looks fun and exciting, only to find your little boy
or girl saying “that’s so last season” or “that’s last year’s version, there’s
a new one out now”. Yes… children are hard to please!
One toy which
seems to be all the craze at the moment is the RipStik board. This quirky board
is an alternative take on the traditional skateboard. In fact, a lot of people
describe riding it as a mixture between skateboarding and snowboarding all in
one. It is widely considered a toy which is full of fun and can provide
countless hours of entertainment and enjoyment, thus you need not worry about
your child getting bored, as the chances are it won’t happen. So, if you are
looking for something new and exciting which is bound to impress then this is
certainly a good option.
One of the
best RipStik boards available in toy stores at present is the red Razor RipStik Caster Board. The red version
is great in particular because it appeals to both boys and girls. This toy in
general tends to be something bought more commonly for boys, nevertheless it is
something which both sexes can enjoy in equal measure so don’t rule out the
possibility of buying this for your daughter or a female family member or
friend.
So what is it about the Razor RipStik Caster Board in
particular that makes it so popular? First and foremost, the board possess a
sleek and cool carving motion which is created by the combination of the
pivoting deck and the 360 degree inclined casters. Not only this, but it is a
toy which is very easy to use as it does not take a lot of movement to get the
RipStik Caster Board in motion. Not only does it offer a ride which is easy,
fun and exciting but it is also comfortable too. No need to worry about jerky
movements!

of the board is 8lbs. The board is designed to hold riders who weigh anything
up to 220lbs. And finally, the price of the RipStick Caster Board is £75.99; a
small cost considering the amount of fun which is there to be had!

is in trend at the moment and will provide hours of enjoyment and exciting then
you have certainly found it.

It seems
madness to be talking about Christmas already, but as we enter October it
begins to creep into our minds. If you have children then it is likely to be
something which consumes the majority of your thoughts from now until the 25th
December. After all, deciding what to buy your little one is not an easy
decision. However, one toy which seems to be popular amongst most is kids
scooters. There are lots of different scooters for children available all over

of the very best:

pink scooter is assured to be a hit with any little girl. This scooter features

small children. Moreover, it has a flashing deck which ensures that your child
is riding in style. A final point worth considering is that the Cosmic Light
Scooter features adjustable handlebars, rear brake and removable grips.

Let your
little boy save the day with the Fireman Sam Firehouse Tri Scooter! This bright
red scooter is not only exciting to look at but it features a fire hose which

final important point to consider is that it has been designed for children
that are three years old and above.

This scooter
is obviously more expensive because it is an electric scooter. This means that
it is designed for older children; those over the age of 12 in particular. This
scooter possesses a speed of up to 12 miles per hour. It is not only exciting
to drive but it is so in colour too featuring an electric lime green design. A
further point worth noting is that this scooter is environmentally friendly and
the motor is an extremely quiet one so there won’t be any complaints from the
neighbours.
If you are looking for an idea regarding something to buy for your child
then one of the best things you can go for is a childrens scooter. Not only
will a scooter provide your child with countless hours of fun but it will also
help them to develop some key skills as well.
More often than not people tend to overlook scooters when it comes to buying their
child a present. This is because there are so many new and innovative toys
available these days. Yet it is often argued that traditional and simpler toys,
such as scooters, are still by far the best.
Nevertheless, as mentioned earlier, the countless amounts of fun your child is
bound to have on their scooter is not the only benefit you will gain. In
addition to this, it is also a toy which is exceedingly social, as lots of
children have them and thus they can be enjoyed together. This obviously means
that your child can interact with other children. More recent toys and
technologies do not boast this vital quality.
In addition to this, scooters help your child to develop some key areas. For
instance, through practicing on their scooter their balance will become much
better. Moreover, the better they get on the scooter, the greater their
confidence will be. Your child will feel like they have achieved something by
themselves and consequently they will feel very proud.
However, if you are going to buy your child a scooter then you obviously need
to make sure that you buy them a high quality one. After all, the last thing
you want is for it to fall to pieces or be dangerous in any shape or form.
There are obviously a whole host of childrens scooters to choose from. Whilst
this is good because it means that there is a lot of choice and thus you can
rest assured that you will find something that your child will love. It can
also make it harder to come to a decision as you have no idea regarding which
one to buy.
One of the best childrens scooters on the market today is the Razor Pro X
scooter. It is available in a whole host of colours however it is probably most
advisable that you go for the silver one. This is because silver is a neutral
colour which is suited to both boys and girls. Its sleek and metallic
appearance is something which is bound to be loved by any child, no matter their
taste or personality.
The Razor Pro X scooter combines all the possible elements that you could
possibly want from such a toy; safety, durability, longevity and performance.
As mentioned earlier, this scooter is one which is suitable for both boys and
girls, however it is recommended that you do not buy this product for anyone
under the age of eight years old.
Kids will love the Fireman Sam Tri Scooter, the perfect first scooter for children aged 3 years plus, which
has an adjustable handle height so that it can grow as your child does. For
little boys and girls who love the idea of being firemen when they get older,
or who simply enjoy play acting when out and about, the Fireman Sam Tri Scooter
gives a great opportunity to learn, play and indulge their creative fantasies
all at the same time!
On top of this, the scooter is
characterised by the world famous Fireman Sam, the hero of the television
series of the same name and beloved by children of all ages. With Fireman Sam
detailing throughout the scooter, from the character pictures on the front of
the handlebars to the bright and exciting colour scheme, kids will really get
the chance to get into character and have a scooter they can be proud of on the
playground.
The Fireman Sam Tri Scooter has
three wheels and a wide and comfortable deck for stability. The front wheel is
connected to the long handlebars, which have comfortable grips and are
perfectly easy to steer for even the smallest children. Most excitingly, the
scooter has a water hose attached to the front, with pump action and plenty of
room to store enough water to keep them going for the duration of their game.
Kids will love going off on the scooter to ‘fight fires’, or if they are
feeling particularly mischievous they may just want to enjoy water fights with
their friends, with the ideal getaway vehicle attached to their weapon of
choice!
The Fireman Sam Tri Scooter is
made from sturdy yet comfortable materials which will stand up to many hours of
play and should even last long enough to be passed down to younger children
once your child outgrows it. The red and yellow colour scheme makes it
attractive and ensure it will stand out from the crowd, so you should never be
able to miss your child scooting around when you take it out to the park or for
fun days out. The scooter has an anti-slip footplate so your child will be safe
even when using the hose at the same time, and the tyres are puncture proof
meaning it is perfect for riding around on any terrain.
The Fireman Sam Tri Scooter will
make for a great first scooter, or a really fun and original birthday or
Christmas gift. You can be sure that your child will get hours of fun from
their new toy, and enjoy getting some exercise without even realising it,
taking them away from stationary activities and out into the world.
There are
some toys for children which offer a lot more than meets the eye. One of these
is the ever popular scooter. For as long as I can remember scooters have been
popular toys amongst both boys and girls all over the world. They evidently
provide a whole host of fun, but they also offer a lot more than that. This
article will reveal the benefits of buying your child one of the many available
kids scooters.
One of the
most important things that your child can gain from riding a scooter is
self-confidence and belief. As your little one learns how to ride their scooter
and they begin to get better and better they will become a lot more confident.
This is great because not only will your child get a sense of pride, but they
will also take this confidence with them into other areas of their life. They
will have more self-belief and will be willing to take on new and different
challenges with a more heads on approach.
In addition
to this, scooters are sociable toys. By this I mean that they are something which
a various number of children can enjoy together. This is a major plus when you
consider that most toys nowadays revolve around sitting in your bedroom alone
playing video games. Instead, with a scooter your child will be getting out and
about and meeting new people and interacting with friends.
A further
point worth considering is that a scooter is a toy which aids a healthy
lifestyle. Obviously, no little child is going to wake up in the morning and go
for a run and do 100 sit ups. However, it is still important that children
partake in some exercise and that they are healthy. A scooter provides a great
outlet for this. Children can have fun whilst also doing some exercise.
As you can
see; there are a whole host of advantages associated with kids scooters,
however there’s still more to come! A kids scooter can help to develop and
improve your child’s balance and concentration. These are obviously two key
skills which are highly important to any child or individual.
This next
benefit is an advantage for you rather than your child; kids scooters are
relatively cheap in price. A lot of toys these days will do some serious damage
to your bank balance. It seems that the more advanced toys get, the higher the
price tag gets as well. However, it is often the case that simply toys are the
best ones, and I for one certainly believe this is true. You can easily get a
scooter at a cheap price, and thus you can put a smile on your child’s face
without putting a frown on yours.
Give your child a brand new
experience, and a way of getting around that not only looks cool, but gives
them an easy and fun way to play around and learn new tricks. The Razor RipStik
Caster Board in Red works something like a skateboard, with a deck and wheels
that allow you to propel yourself forward to get from place to place.
Where this nifty item is more
exciting, though, is that it allows you to perform professional looking tricks
really easily, and with a new sensation that makes it all the more fun to use.
With a skateboard, you are pretty much limited to skating in a straight line,
with tricks consisting of flipping the board on either end or from side to
side. Because the Razor RipStik Caster Board in Red has a deck which is
separated in the middle and is on casters, you can move the two sides of the
board individually, to make for exciting tricks that look far more acrobatic
and feel great to perform. Not only this, but the sensation of riding the
caster board is more like surfing or snowboarding than skateboarding, so
creates a really unique experience for anyone willing to give this incredible
toy a try!
The pivoting deck of the Razor RipStik Caster Board in Red has spiked traction pads to make sure you stay on easily
and are able to perform trips without slipping around on the smooth surface.
Make sure your feet are firmly inside the perimeters of each generous deck
before you set off and you should have no trouble moving the board and staying
upright! The deck is also slightly concave to fit comfortably around your feet,
meaning even more traction and making it far easier to ride.
The casters are well made and
solid, giving a smooth ride on all types of terrain, so whether you are
performing tricks or just riding your caster board through the park you should
find it easy and enjoyable to do so. Where skateboards can fall short on
anything but the smoothest tarmac, this is not a problem with the caster board
and you will be able to take it anywhere you may want to go! There is a kick
nose and tail to the front and back of the board meaning you can do more tricks
than you may have even suspected, and the board comes with an instructional DVD
which will teach you everything you need to know in a few simple steps so that
you’ll be riding like a pro in just a few hours - just as soon as you get used
to the unusual feel of the board.
Kids
skateboards have become exceedingly popular over the last few years. For a
while they were only considered suitable for teenagers or adults, however now
it seems the younger one starts to skateboard the better. Thus, this article
will reveal the benefits that are associated with getting your child a
skateboard.
Having
fun whilst exercising
This
is perhaps one of the most obvious benefits associated with skateboarding. As
we all know, it is vitally important to lead a healthy lifestyle, and this is
the case for children as well as adults. Nevertheless, children can’t
participate in a stringent exercise routine like adults can. The best way to
ensure that your child is being healthy is by getting them out in the great
outdoors and enjoying some healthy fun. Activities such as skateboarding ensure
that whilst your child is playing they are also partaking in some exercise at
the same time.
Great
way to make new friends
Skateboarding
is a great way to get out of the house and meet new people. This is highly
advantageous when you consider that we live in a time where most toys and games
consist of sitting indoors and staring at a computer or TV screen all day. By participating
in skateboarding your child will get outside and play with other children that
live nearby. This will improve their social skills which will bode them well in
school and other walks of life.
Improve
your child’s self-confidence
As
your child gets better and better at riding their skateboard they will feel
proud and their self-confidence will increase. This is good because it is vital
that a child develops confidence from a young age so that they are not too shy.
As your child’s confidence increases they will have more belief when they take
on other tasks and challenges and this will bode them well in areas such as at
school.
It’s
great fun!
This
is probably the most important point of them all. Riding a skateboard is a
great deal of fun. It is the sort of toy which will keep your child busy for
hours and hours on end as it is not something they will easily get bored or
tired of. You will not have to worry about it being one of those gifts that
sits in the cupboard and merely gathers dust.
They
won’t do much damage to your wallet
A
lot of toys these days tend to be extremely expensive in price. But not every
has the money to spend on things like this, especially when you consider the
current economic climate in the UK. However, you can find skateboards for a
relatively cheap price and thus you need not worry about spending extortionate
amounts.
